A very quick explanation of why how you breathe is important to improving your shooting.
Remember to breathe, this stops your blood pressure from building and keeps your heart rate down making it easier to time your shots. Try to breath deeply using your diaphragm as this makes it easier to predict how the gun will move.
Pausing your breathing when shooting is also recommended as it helps to create a stable platform when squeezing the trigger.
By breathing deeply and allowing the gun to follow the natural rhythm this allows you to align the sights on the centre of the target. Pausing your breathing on the centre of the target to squeeze the trigger, then resuming your breathing as you reload or re-align your sights.
